The plants,flags,wrought iron and balconies give the French Quarter balconies a unique feel. As the seasons change so do the variety of plants. So many ferns and seasonal plants give the area a greenhouse effect. Many of the balconies are kept up by the condo association and the home owners. A Lot of pride goes into the upkeep.
