A Great Way to get the Message Out !

    Many agents do not believe that flyers help sell your condo or home. We know it works and helps get the message out. The flyer gives potential clients the info they are looking for when they pass the house. The neighbors take flyers and may give them to friends that want to be in the area. I always do flyers to get calls and can give out information.

        I also have colored flyers in the unit for people looking and coming to open houses. I make additional flyers when a real estate property has many recent updates to pass this along. It gives out a lot of positive information.

        If the condo is in a complex it is always great to have the flyer review the positive aspects of the condo and the association. Having the information on hand is always a big help.

         Passing out flyers to your new listings to other agents at the office also gets the word out. Seeing the condo is worth is worth lots of words. I also put a link on the flyer for potential clients to see the inside of the unit on my websites.  

       It is also easy to put the link and flyer on social media like Facebook to get the word out to friends and agents.
