Warehouse District Neighborhood

     Knowing the Neighborhoods when you list real estate helps buyers see the neighborhood. Many buyers in the Warehouse District and the French Quarter are going to buying for a second home. The MLS now allows agents to add up to 40 photos. After putting in about 25-30 photos for each listing all is taken care of. Lately I take photos of the many places where you can easily walk to so buyers can get a great feel for the neighborhood.

     Seeing all the historic features of the Neighborhood is a big Plus. Seeing Parks,Shops, Eats and Drinks is also a great idea. These are photos I took that are near the Gallery Row Condos at 448 Julia near Magazine Street. Photos easily show the fun….
