Saxony Condos in Bywater Neighborhood

Brand New Construction

900 Bartholomew Street

New Orleans, 70117

Finished in May of 2019

Corner of Burgundy and Barthomew

The great new condo association has so many things that buyers like these days. There are 75 condos in the 5 stories. There are a few studios on first floor and one, two and three bedroom units with penthouses on the fifth floor. The units have open floor plans, high ceilings, no carpet, wood and tile floors with balconies and large windows with natural light and wonderful views. There are quartz counter tops and European Style Cabinets. Gas Ranges which are really rare in New Orleans Condos. Stainless Steel Appliances with Washers and Dryers. Lots of other details to view when you look at the new condos.

The Common areas have a nice swimming pool, Club Room, Meeting Room, Courtyard, Gardens, Garage Parking on the first floor with elevators to all floors. There is also a dog walk area with Bike Storage. The Bywater Neighborhood has plenty of Pets and Bikes and areas to walk. It is an easy walk to Crescent Park on the Mississippi River.  It is an easy ride to the French Quarter via Chartres Street.

The New Construction is also a big plus when you buy condos as a second home or a place to live. The Balconies and Terraces are big pluses as well. Having first floor garage parking is easily worth $30,000 in the New Orleans Condo Market. Units have Washers and Dryers. Having Pets in Condos is also a plus.

The Builders did a lot of things that Buyers Like in New Orleans. Many buyers may not know the area but I do as I wnt to high school a block away  in the 1960’s at Francis T Nicholls High School.
