        This condo has 11 units and all have parking. There is a courtyard and pool in the back of the complex. I sold 2 units in this complex. One was up front and was 3 bedrooms on 3 floors. The other one I sold was 2/2 in the rear. It was very historic and all were really nice. Right across the Street is Coliseum Square.   This complex is not very common. Few Resales now… 

Coliseum Place Condos,1765 Coliseum Street

              I did a whole page on this one so you can click and view the great new complex of 72 units. The Coliseum Place has Garage Parking, Swimming Pool, Manager on Site, Elevators and Stairs to 4 floors and large courtyard. All the units have windows overlooking pool and courtyard. This is a newer conversion that started 3 years ago.

1805 Coliseum Street Condos, Corner of Felicity Street

       These are historic units and all are large with parking spots. It has a courtyard and garage parking. The owners can sit on the front porch. Think all the units are 2 bedroom units. I tried to sell one of the best unit upfront. Several are on two stories. High ceilings, Wood Floors, Lots of Windows, Storage rooms also. 

1703 Coliseum Street Condos, Corner of Euterpe St.

       This is a small complex of 6 units. There are no amenities here. These are the cheapest on this Street. Across the Street from Coliseum Square and across the street from 1629 Coliseum Street Condos.

1783 Coliseum Street Condos, The Mayfare Condos

         Sold several at this association. It was rentals and was converted after 2004 into condos. Parking lot in back for the units. There are 19 units with one and two bedrooms. Sold 2 units to students years ago. A few have been for resale recently. This one photo below…..

Coliseum Square Park Between Camp and Coliseum Street

       All the condos are close to the Coliseum Square. Great walks and plays in this large Park. Great place for kids to play and people can walk their dogs. You are still close to St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street. It is a little further walk to the Garden District. Easy drive to expressway that goes through New Orleans and to the West Bank of New Orleans.
