Bourbon Street Homes

French Quarter Historic Homes

Condos, Doubles and Homes

Most people think of Bourbon Street in New Orleans has Bars, Strip Clubs and Eats. But there is a residental end of Bourbon Street that has a lot of Historic Homes and Condos.  It is a great walk and there are a lot of Historic and Colorful Homes. I have walked the area many times and it is a great walk. It looks and feels very residential in the last 3 blocks of  Bourbon.

It is rare to see such a variety of homes, doubles, apartments and condos on such well known street. Always fun to walk towards Esplanade Avenue to see all these homes. Bourbon Street does not cross Esplanade Avenue like many of the other French Quarter Streets…

Bourbon Street is 13 blocks long from Canal Street to Esplanade Avenue. It was named after the House of Bourbon by the French.
